Entirely hand made from native
Missouri stoneware clays taken from the local Mississippi river banks.
Ken uses only a potters wheel and rudimentary tools. No molds, casts,
presses or jiggers are used to make this fine pottery. All colors are
from simple old glaze recipes and metal oxides. Each piece is high fired
stoneware that makes the piece perfect for daily use. It is 100% food
safe, oven proof or use in the microwave. It cleans easily by hand or in
the dishwasher. For Baking place in a cool oven and add 5 minutes to
your recipe's cooking time. NOT for use over direct flames or burners. |
