What is it and who makes it?

Union Street Glass, Inc., is internationally recognized for beauty and excellence in art glass, crystal stemware, barware, and accessories. With innovative, versatile designs, their pieces move easily from casual to elegant table settings. Guy and Leanne Corrie hope their artistic impressions will provide collectors years of enjoyment and become family heirlooms appreciated and passed on from generation to generation.

At the beginning of their careers, Guy and Leanne envisioned a company that brought together the highest creativity with excellence in quality.

The husband and wife team have operated their studio since 1980. Guy Corrie is the designer and glassblower. He has won numerous awards for his designs and has been collected by the Corning Museum of Glass. Leanne Corrie oversees all business aspects of the studio. Together they have forged a commitment to producing handcrafted art glass and crystal that is visually stunning, delightful to the touch, exceptionally well balanced and designed.

DESCRIPTIONS OF GLASS SHAPES
Champagne: This "Celebration Glass" is a great gift for weddings, anniversaries or birthdays. This highly popular shape brings festivity to any occasion.
Small Wine: This glass is used exclusively for white wines. (If you want a red wine, white wine and water glass, we recommend the following elegant combination: Small Wine Glass for the white wine. Large Wine Glass: as a burgundy or a general red wine glass and the Iced Beverage for the water.
Large Wine Glass: For those customers who prefer only one shape of wine glass, it is the ultimate choice. It is suitable for red and white wines or water.
Iced Beverage Glass: There are many uses for this glass. It is fantastic for water, iced tea, mixed cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages. (Available in the Manhattan collection.)
Bordeaux Wine Glass: The preferred shape for the French Bordeaux and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. This glass allows the fragrance of the wine to develop to its fullest by exposing more of the surface of the wine to the air; thus, allowing the wine to "breath."& (Available in the Manhattan collection.)
Martini/Double Martini Cocktail: It is the ultimate glass for that perfect martini. The martini shape can also be used for frozen drinks, desserts and centerpieces to float flowers. (Double Martini available in the Spiral and Totuga collections.)
Mini Cordial: This short stemmed cordial makes all after dinner liqueur festive. The Manhattan cordial was originally designed by Guy Corrie for Godiva Chocolate Liquors premiere advertising campaign. (Available in the Manhattan and Tortuga collections.)
Brandy Snifter: A companion piece to the Manhattan stemware, this stunning glass brings a measure of elegance to the after dinner brandy, armagnac or cognac. (Available in the Manhattan collection.)
Dessert Compote: The compote is the ideal way to serve sorbet, sherbets, fruits and delicious desserts. Also excellent for floating a single flower as a centerpiece. (Available in the Manhattan collection.
Rose Bowl: This dramatic bowl is used to feature any decorative floral arrangement. This bowl also works beautifully as a candy/nut dish or can be used as a large serving piece for desserts. (Available in Manhattan collection.)
Center Piece Bowl: This bowl gives any table setting style. A larger and more flared version of the Rose Bowl, The Center Piece Bowl highlights any food or floral arrangement elegantly. (Available in Manhattan collection.)
Candlestick Pair/Trio: The beautiful pair/trio of candlesticks makes a dramatic centerpiece. The pair of candlesticks can also be used as long stemmed glasses for cordials or dessert wines. (The Manhattan candlestick pair works the best as a long stemmed cordial 8"tall.)
