All who work everyday in his factory in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania as they put their skill into each and every piece of furniture. Come in and see our samples - We have chairs and tavern chairs, bar stools, a cherry corner hutch, a beautiful round table with a hand planed cherry top. Just in are a comb backed chair and an example of a Winsor Side chair and a kitchen island with a soapstone top. (Opps - Sorry the island is gone). John does custom work so if you need a special piece we can get it done for you. I'm honored that some of my family is buried at Arlington, when I lived in Washington, DC I loved to get up very early Sundays and walk the grounds reading the gravestones. The history of the United States is there. If you get the chance visit Arlington, do so, but walk, don't ride the bus, it is a special place.

We had talked to John several years ago and with our former small store we could not do justice to the quality of his furniture and the depth of his offerings. Now with our larger store we will be able to offer our customers the absolute finest hand crafted furniture from his museum quality chairs and 18th century reproduction furniture but also to include his new styles that include Mission and contemporary styles, all still made with the outstanding hand craftsmanship that John Martin furniture has become famous for. You will see his furniture in such places as the White House, university libraries and museums, including the Guggenheim Museum, from New England to Williamsburg.
